Is there a consist list of all the programmable options?

Has anyone found out a way to program options yourself?

Your MINI's owner's manual has a list of everything that can be programed. It can only be programed at the dealer unless somebody has figured a way to hack the MINI.

 

Don't get too excited about the programmable options. Not many are even available in the States, even though they appear in the manual.

 

Programmable Options? whooa, i swear the more i learn about this car the more i love it. I don't have one yet, but OHHHH i will. But my question is, what kind of programmable options are we talkin about here? if anybody can let me know, i would greatly appreciate it!

Look for the "Vehicle Memory" thread in the "Beneath the Bonnet" forum for loads of details about the options that the dealer can program. Most of those in the manual can be set, a few important ones cannot. But read the details here on Mini Cooper Online and then consult your manual. It's best to be well informed before you go to the dealer: You may know more about these things than the dealer at this point.
