I'm taking my '02 in for service next week. I'm going to get some convenience features programed, have them look into a stick-shift vibration at 4-5K RPM, fix a sticking internal door release, (been there since delivery and thought it would loosen up--- hasn't ), tighten the trim between the passenger window and the roof,(slightly lose) and look into a slight seat creek. I havent had the sunroom rattle (yet), coolant leak, stumble or yo-yo...

Are there any other problems I should specifically look for to see if they are developing?

Geez, from the above sounds like this little car has a lot of problems...

They'll probably blame it all on the increased torque from your pully rattling loose the connectors and screws, voiding your warranty...

Bump....

Not sure how they could prove the increased torque caused these problems....we'll see. If I'm stumble, yo-yo free and only experienced the cold start problem over a course of 2 weeks, then it mysteriously went away, would anyone re: the latest software upgrade...my thought is "if it aint broke, don't fix it"
