Hello:
This is the part that sits on the insde of the hood, and has some sort of sponge/foam that seals up against the intercooler cover, when the hood is closed. Unfortunately, all the foam has disintegrated.

I was going to use some foam strips that Home Depot sells for insulation, but was concerned that it may not handle engine heat. Any other ideas on how to retrofit?

Alternatively, does anyone know what this part is called, and if you have it, a part number?

I believe part number 13 is what you need.
