How come their service is so bad. I asked them to fix up my mini yesterday, their attitude make me feel so Fxxxing bad, they ask me wait to fix until next 40000km service (my current is 22000km), of coz I said NO!! They make me feel fxxking mad, just like I am beg for their help. The parts department is even worse, you won't believe how he talk to me, I asked him to order the alloy pedals for me, and he blame me!! he said he already told I cannot order the pedals for cooper S in very heavy speech!! What's wrong with me!? How come they treat me like a begger? DO they think they are the only dealer in Canada? I swear I won't buy any car from mini markham again!! This is just a zero/zero experience!!

You deserve better! If you have no other dealership options, this is what I would do: Talk to the owner, get it off your chest and if they are willing to start fresh, assure them that you are too. If you have other dealers you can go to, then just start fresh there.

God speed.

thats odd.

I bought my car from carmax (used) and after i bought it i noticed the 6 disc changer was not recognizing any kind of disc i put in it.

So i went to carmax and they said id have to drop off the car and wait a day or 2, or i could bring it over to patrick mini (schaumburg dealer) and have them fix it.

So i took it over there and they were extremely helpful. I told them my problem, they took the keys, and also noticed that i was due for a checkup in about 550 miles, they asked me if i wanted to have it done now so i didnt have to come back later. So i said yes. 1.5 hours later i had a fixed cd player and a full maitanance done and a car wash. Beautiful. Also i got some nice vanilla coffee
