here goes nothing

10:00 texas time...L front wheel off....factory intake out...fixxing to start jackin on engine...if all goes well by the end of day i will have...15% alta pulley, alta cia with top...new tensioner...tensioner stop....new idler pully...screamin deamon coil....kingsborne 8mm wire...iridium plugs...new belt...new attitude...think i will notice a difference?

ull be pleased, quite he turnaround for the car, now get an exhaust and ditch those run flats and ull be super pleased with sound ride ad performance

12:15..PULLEY OFF...came off nice and easy after 125k with the hot rod craven pulley tool..fixxin to run and get torq wrench, mine is in ft/lbs..plus need smaller one than 1/2 inch drive...also old tensioner off..alta tensioner stop installed on new tensioner..new idler pulley installed..so far so good....
i did the one-ball axhaust mod last weekend....run flats....i lost those years ago... but my mistake was to put 19s on it...but man it looks cool!!

DONE...@ 7 hours, not for for everything i did, i think?... took shower fixxing to reset ecu, take it for a spin.....

whaaaa, u didnt take it for a spin righ after u finished covered in dirt.... haha i couldnt help my self when i did mine and i was filthy

back from @ 30 mile drive.....whine from supercharger is awesome...windows up, not bad..windows down...oh yea, its loud...def peppier than before...how long after reset does the computer take to get into a routine? well gotta go test drive some more....maybe the rest of weekend...all this cause my belt needed to be replaced....so the question is, whats next????

It will learn the new setup soon enough. I've been told in 20 or so miles. That SC pulley reduction is a fun mod with kick. Unless you're considering an enlarged crank pulley (there are different camps on the lightened versus vibration-dampened) or more hard-core engine upgrades, the next step I took was to play with the suspension, tighten it up, and reduce the wheel gap.

You have 19" rims? Do you have pics?! I saw a youtube video of a MINI with 20's lol. How do you find the tires and ride on the 19s? Cool upgrades too! Welcome to NAM.
