a 16% pulley should shift the torque curve (and boost) to the left, not the right. At some point higher in the revs, the 16% is going to max out the supercharger before the redline, so up top I would expect things to flatten out, not increase, whereas down low you should notice an increase in torque.

A JCW cold air intake is something to consider, leave the flap in place--really doesn't add any noise unti you hit 4500 RPMs. A nice compromise--well, it isn't actually a compromise, since below 4500 RPM it doesn't matter wether the flap is open or not for performance...

Don't waste your money on a canned tune or piggy back. The benefits of a customized tune are substantial and may very well be the biggest bang for the buck outside of a pulley....

Confused about the resonator delete--you're worried about the noise of a CAI, but you're willing to get rid of the resonator?
