Glove Box Organizer Measurements?

Hey,

Would anyone have the measurements (width/height and length) for the glove box organizer that fits a 2004 MC? I am going to attempt to make my own. I suppose I can just measure the glove box itself but I figured I would see if the measurements were out there to make it easier. Hoping to make an organizer that is a little more sturdier than the $38 one sold online.

I'll gladly post a "how-to" after I am done later this week.

Thanks

Did an advanced search. Cannot find it anywhere. Maybe I am just a miserable forum searcher.

Read about a template by gominigo but it was removed some time ago. I guess I'll figure it out on my own.

Ha. I said the same thing. I actually would have purchased a Tidy but I bought the supplies to make and organizer by that point. Did a pretty good job for $7. Used a thin wood board and felt bought fro Michaels. The measurements were a pain but worth the effort. I wouldn't do it again :-) I guess I had to since the Tidy is no longer available for the older cooper models.

yeap, getting the pattern right is way more time consuming than you would first think. Making the parts is the easy piece of the process. Glad you had some fun with it.

BTW - we still have a few left on the clearance page and if you ask nice, I might sand most of the scratches out.
