R50/53 Clutch whistle when slipping on steep hill start and in traf

Hi, I have a problem with my clutch. When I have to start in a steep hill or that it get hot because of traffic driving, it whistle at the friction point, specially when it slip a bit to start in a hill. Does someone else experienced this? Thank you in advance for your help,

Have you learned anything more about this? I've noticed an odd whistle/chirp sound just as the clutch is engaging too. I asked my MINI service advisor about it and he acknowledged that they have seen several cars that do the same thing. They are still trying to figure out a fix.
