Air Conditioning warm on one side?

Ive read the post from 'evilduck' about an issue with the Air conditioning being warm on one side and cool on the other. The dealers solution was to replace the proportional valve, has anyone else had this problem? Could it be caused by a low charge on the freon? I did have a leak last season but we put freon with a sealer in and now the system is holding a charge, but was done on a cool day, so we still need to add more freon.

am currently experiencing the same problem. I also had freon put on the system, it was cold for a couple of days but now its back to being hot. Weighing what my next option would be.

Same issue I had last summer, and still have now, I need to get this fixed this year. Right now I need to find a local Air Conditioning shop that I can trust to look at it and fix it.
