i bought somthing from nam market it took a month but i did not get it yet
i contract the seller many times sometime he reply but last time he did not he gave me tracking number but that number is not work ing
what should i do any advise

If it's been a month, and the seller is not responding to your e-mails or PMs, then it's time to call him out. Post up the seller's screen name and name, and possibly there are other persons on this site who know him and can assist in getting in contact with him so that he does the right thing.

If you know where the guy lives, and it's a small town, you may want to call the local law enforcement. That's what a fellow NAM member did here not long ago, and he got immediate response from the person who had not sent goods or a refund.

How did you pay for the item? If you used paypal or a credit card you can report a non-delivery of goods.
