Want to upgrade my brakes, but not performance and costly
what do you think like brand wise I should go with, here is what I had picked out that I liked...but ebc was mentioned to me from another mini person.

So are you talking rotors or pads or both?
So if you are fine with oem performance the EBC "Green Stuff" pads are good, just notch better than oem in stopping and less dust and no squeel. And rotors when I had oem brakes I'd go with the "oem" Brembo rotors they were like $30-40 a rotor on ebay or Tire Rack, and when I splurge I went with the ATE premium slotted rotors for like $40-60 a rotor at Tire Rack. I like that both of them did not rust out like oem but the ATEs kept a stainless steel brilliance to them, and more people would ask about them.

I can highly, highly recommend AXXIS ultimate pads. They cost about $60 a set and perform at least as well as OEM but with less dusting. For rotors I can recommend the Centric rotors off of www.rockauto.com. Very inexpensive and excellent quality. Best still is that the hats are electro coated, so they wont rust.
