R50/53 Important news for clear cluster owners/buyers

Have just come off the phone to the mini spares centre. I have been waiting for about 3 months to get my clusters replaced due to leekage. Only to find that BMW are withholding all stocks because the Police have been on them for drivers not have the red reflectors.
They couldnt give me a date as to when I would receive a new set or when BMW/Police would come to an agreement on them.
Anyone else with any news???
