Steering Wheel (1st gen to 2nd gen) 3 spoke

3 spoke to 3 spoke
05 R53 to 08 R56 steering wheel, (auto paddles).
Can a 2nd Gen (3spoke) multifunction be installed into a 1st Gen that had 3spoke basic.

I have seen 10 posts that are doing a 2 spoke to a 3 spoke but not one performing a cross generation upgrade.

Has anyone had luck with this? Good Luck or Bad Luck?

Posts?

Odd, they both look identical from the back. Could you explain what you mean further?

It always comes back to the Fetzer Valve, I was going to try and geri rig it with some 3-in-1 oil and some gauze pads. Ah well, I guess I will have to be content with the steering wheel I have.

Thanks Dustin.
