My Mini One has already stopped 9 times with the ignited indicators "EML" and "Engine" . Mini Spain says that it is a problem of "lack of acceleration". Somebody has had this problem or knows what is the solution? Thanks in advance! xsimon@mac.com

Hummmm....I would definitely say that stopping constitutes "lack of acceleration."

I hope you've tried the other MINI board (MINI2) as it seems to have more non-US members, and as you may know, the MINI One didn't come to the U.S. I can't say as that I've heard of quite this problem discussed among the MINI and MINI S owners on this board.

Best of luck getting your problem solved!

Yes but the Mini One has the same engine of the Mini Cooper and The Mini Cooper S with a different electronic management to give only 90 CV...
"Cooper" is just a marketing concept...
By the way, where is that Mini2 forum for spanish users?

As jsun said, there seem to be a lot of European and non-US users there. But don't forget about MCO
