At idle when warmed up with foot on brake DSC and SES light come on engine runs ruff then clears up. OBD reader reads misfire on #4 cylinder code two times. Have replaced plugs wires and ignition coil. Any thoughts. Thanks

BMW claims the most common reason for misfires is low grade gas. What brand and octane rating are you using? When is the last time you added a BMW or TECHRON fuel additive to a tank?

 

Normaly run 87 did not know about additive. Why does it only do it when brakes are applied at idle.
