Anyone come across any die cast MCS with the stock 16" wheels? All I can find are models with the optional 17" wheels, or the MC with the optional 16" wheels.

Don't care if it's 1/43 or 1/18th. Thanks!

Regards,
Red

ToysRus makes a 1/43 radio controled MCS for about 20 bucks. It's a plastic body though the detail is really pretty good. The wheels are loosely based on the 16". I've seen a Blue MCS w/ white trim and also a really cool red MCS w/ white trim and bonnet stripes. Although I wouldn't put them in the same category as die cast in terms of realism, they really are true to the proportions and are pretty fun to play with when you're not driving the real thing. They are called Fast Lane Super Slicks Mini RC and they are made by ToysRus.

Hey! I have that same RC car! Mine is red with bonnet stripes. Pretty cool if you ask me, but I haven't seen any OTHER die cast Coopers. Sorry.

Good Luck

I got mine from Mad4Models over in the UK, since the Euro is so strong right now it'll be expensive. When I got mine it was right at $64. I beleive that the models carried at the Dealer are around the same price.

This one matchs mine and was the only one at the time that had a moveable sunroof, don't know if there are others. It is a 1/18th scale made by Kyosho.

Here are a few more:

Pay no attention to the wet slick spot, it was shipped with some sort of lube for the hood hinges and it of course spread.

This model is so life like if you look close you can see the coolant tank leak.

There are a few errors on the model, the reflector on the inside of the door should be white on a MCS and the trim bar above the rear tag should be body color not chrome, but the detail is so nice with all other aspects.

Thanks Smokey! It looks great, as do all Kyosho models.

I will start looking around for it.
