Clutch dealy valve removal

I have a 04 MCS and I wonder does our car have the "clutch delay valve"? I check the diagram and it has something call "clutch lock valve". Can it be remove like some other BMW's? Thanks...

Bumpedy bump.
I'd be interested in knowing this too. The BMW crowd seem tho think it's one of the good/cheap mods.

Upon further investigation it appears that the base models do but not the "S".
