i like the chrome side vents on coopers i think it looks sharp! none of that black plastic crap....

 

My goal is to have everything on the car red, white or chrome. The next thing is to paint the fenders and gravel guard red. Saw a pic of a red Mini with white bonnett stripes on the side just above the gravel guard. I thought it looked pretty cool.

 

Where'd you get 'em? I like a pair for my BRG mini. I think they'd look better with the BRG than the black ones (especially since I have the chrome bumper trim)

I have the chrome mirrors. They're niiice. You can see 'em on my Sprog II got Jacked post on Interior and Exterior mods... the last pic I posted on page 2.

I bought them from someone who posted here because he had an extra set. Since I had the chrome bumpers I thought it would look better chome also. It does. Worth the price as they look better in person than in a pic.

Meneee - is that pic your sig? If it is, you might want to make it a bit smaller!

 

I'm not one for mods, but this will definately have to be part of my BRG MC along with the clear repeater (and the brake light mod). For some reason, the black/orange just sticks out too much and detracts from the classic lines, especially for those with the chrome inserts.

So, who has these chrome vents for the least price - not those shark fin ones, but the straight ones??

 

I've seen them at Moss Mini fro $99.95..

 

See, now that's highway robbery, especially for painted plastic! Maybe I'll just pick up some used 'S' ones and very carefully rip off the 'S'.

 

I'll pay $30 for anyone's black side vents if you have replaced them with super-cool chrome ones. I want to get that darn S off of my MINI.

I bought a pair of chrome ones for my MC, but they didn't fit flush. Had to return them. I might try again....it looked cool ...except for sticking out.

I love my MINI.
