R50/53 MCS Colors

When i ordered my MCS, i wanted to have it all white (to be different) but my dealer told me that BMW only provides only three colors: EB, DS & CR and that i cannot order any other color due to BMW policy. So i chose the DS (which i am perfectly happy with i have to say) but after checking out the net i found out that more colors are available for the MCS. Just for my info, can anyone tell me what colors are available in the market for the MCS.

It can be a little confusing. I've seen two different brochures (from MINI), plus the website; and there are conflicts between them. Particularly on combinations of external colors with interior colors. But, here's the best I could find for you (MCS, only):
Black
Chili Red **
Liquid Yellow
British Racing Green
Dark Silver **
Electric Blue **
Indi Blue
Pure Silver **
(** = I've actually SEEN one)
The colors that are NOT available include Pepper White, Cosmos Black, Silk Green, and Velvet Red. There are rumors of a Gold color becoming available for 2003.
I just checked the MINI site (www.miniusa.com), and it is now listing 2003 models under "build your own MINI". The colors offered are as above, with one exception that I found; some of the colors (black & pure silver) have restrictions on what color of "roof & mirrors" you can choose.

According to the 2001/2002 book of motoring, the colors insert, here's the colors...
It does not say what's avaible in what colors, but seeing how the MCS comes in Dark Silver AND Pure silver, your dealer is full of BS...
