Cooper S Coolant Reservoir Cap Leak

How many of you see small amounts of coolant purging from the reservoir cap when the ambient temperature is warm/hot on your Cooper S? Has this been minimized with a new cap by anyone?

New MINI? Under warranty?
Or I'd buy a new cap. Sounds like there's leak.

Same thing was going on with my 03 MCS.. Stupid thing will just leak a small amount. That then drips on the header heat shield causing the car to smell like coolant. I went to BMW and got a new cap for 20 bucks.. Still leaks a bit..

I think the coolant tank is a POS. I think I will end up getting a different tank.

Get one that uses a standard $5 pressure cap, rather than the MINI cap.
