05 seat won't recline

I have a 05 MCS and the seat won't recline. The latch just does not do anything. The one on the outside of the seat will still slide the seat forward but the one on the inside does nothing.

Any ideas?

HELP!

What happens when you release the inside lever? Is there any resistance at all?

That happen to me when i first bought my car. All i did was hold the inside lever that makes the seat go up and down. Then i just kept on banging the seat back until i heard a snap. The seat finally went back to normal. Hope this helps.
