I'm trying to track the Tokyo Highway, which has a call sign of 3EDF9. The Accuweather site buoy/ship observation feature does not respond to this call sign, yet the ship has departed Southampton and is due into NYC on the 12th. Any thoughts?

 

I think it sank. Oh no, wait a minute. My car is on the same boat. It will come to SC after NY.

FWIW, I've not had any luck with it either.

I'm sure it's out there and we're probably not doing anything wrong. The buoys have let us down.

 

For some reason, a few months ago, the majority of ships stopped reporting their locations, at least to the public anyway. Since then, the ships have been very strange, appearing on radar some days but not usually. Some people think it might be an anti-terrorism thing. But it sucks for those of us wiating for our MINIS!

 

It's good to know that I am not the only one obsessing over where the hell the Tokyo Highway is!!!!!

I even called ask mini and they did not know either. They think the car is still sitting on the dock.

According to my sophisticated radar calculations, I surmise (guess) that it is about half way to New York.

Waiting sucks!!
