was wondering what exactly is a Vin Etch? I roughly know what it is, but I'm meaning specifics..... where is it etched @? how does it look? pictures?

steering wheel with radio controls? how does this look like?

does it come with the option to get leatherette [vinyl] instead?

As below, check out MINIUSA for detailed answers. Here's a few from my experience.

On mine, iti's on the control **** -- click to one side the temp goes up, click to the other side, temp goes down.

Actual outside temp reading is on computer. On models with NAV, this shows up on the NAV screen.

Radio controls are on the back of the steering wheel, where your fingers normally rest. It's very easy to use, Your left hand controls cd track, radio station, and switch from radio to cd. Right hand controls volume and I forget what else.

Leatherette is available, and it's very nice. I have a feeling it will wear better than cloth or leather, especially since my copilot is my dog!

two parts - front and back can be adjusted separately.

IMO, it's a scam, but you might as well pay the graft and have done with it.

NEVER mess with my seats! There's no seat memory that I've found yet -- though I'd love it.
