Just wondering if any of the dealer that anyone went to told you this....That British Racing green is a 2003 color for the Cooper S. And also....Assael in Monrovia, CA told me that in 2003 and 2004, BMW will allow mods on the Cooper which will not void your warranty and they will do it for you. What I can see from this deal $$$.

I don't know about the mods, but British Racing Green, Indi Blue, and Black are the colors unavailable on the S until the 2003 model year. This means you can order these colors for Sept build/Oct, Nov delivery (presuming you're among the first to order). The Harmon Kardon speaker upgrade and full Cold Weather Package (with heated windshield & rain-sensing wipers) will be available in Sept as well. I've heard armrests and easier setup for grill driving lights are also possibilities. Also expect to pay an extra $600 or so .
