Lance,

First welcome to MINI Cooper Online. It's always nice to see a Motoring Advisor on the site.

We have an ongoing 4 page discussion going on this very topic:

Changes for 2004 ??

MCO has a built in search function that is available at the top of each page on the right side. For official information like the 04 changes it's usually a good idea to search first before posting. Today for instance we had theOfficial Release of Information on the Rear Fog Retrofit Kit

At anyrate, thanks for thinking of MCO. Hope to see you around on the site in the future. Feel free to send me a PM (Private Message) if you have any questions about the site (there is a link in my signature).

Dave
