My 06 MCS went in today for a service visit - due to the traffic around here and distance to the dealer, I couldn't tell them a very accurate arrival time. Even so, when I got there, they were ready to get to work; my MINI had a small stress crack in the windshield so a new window was in order.

The repair took less time then they said, they replaced the wiper blades all around w/o me asking (the car's a baby with only 9500 miles on it) and generally were just surprisingly pleasant to deal with... and having free wireless in the waiting area sure didn't hurt either.

Just thought a good experience deserved a little recognition.

 

be sure to let the mini rep know when they call you and ask you for your feedback on the visit. always good to hear stories about pleasant dealers. I wish I had such a story when it comes to warranty work.
