I am wondering if there is interest among San Diego New Mini owners to connect in some way? I own a chilli red MCS w/ anthracite wheels and yellow pin striping.

I wil be going to the Mini Meet West on Friday early afternoon [Aug 23]. For more info on this event go to: http://www.moala.org/MMW/. The regisgtration fee is $45 or $85 -- the event sponsors welcome classic and new minis. Events include a concourse, a gymkhana, and a rallye, among other things.

I would love to attend but...... the whole country is between us on this. (I'm in B'ham, AL)
However.... I would love to see pics of your "S"! Sounds very interesting.
Hope the meet goes well.... Make sure you get plenty of pics and post them in the Regional Galleries.
