Q8 fully synthetic engine oil?

Hi all,

What do you think about Q8 engine oil? And which 5w30 suitable for MINI (04 ONE CVT)?

They have:
- V Long Life 5w30
- Special 5w30
- G Long Life 5w30
- Techno 5w30

Don't know anything about Q8 engine oil except it's from Kuwait (= Q-8)
I guess first choice Special, as it's targeted for BMW and Daimler-Benz engines, and fully synthetic
V-Long Life and G Long Life would be suitable, targeted for VW and GM respectively, also full synthetic.
Wouldn't use Techno (part synthetic-targeted for Ford (found on road dead).
