Electrical glitches?!

Here's the deal; I've got an 03 MCS that I bought a few months ago from original owner (a buddy) with 35k on the odometer. The vehicle is in pristine condition! 6 speed, NAV, loaded! I had mods of a Shark Injector, 17% pully, JCW Air Box installed. The problem is with periodic "outages" as follows -

1. Passenger side window toggle didn't want to work. Turned off the engine and tried again, still didn't work. Then I pushed the toggle in while activating and the window controls worked. Since I now always "push" in the toggle when activating, no more problems.

2. A/C: Yesterday it simply didn't work (wouldn't turn on)! I pulled the cover off the fuse box and wiggled a few fuses, restarted the car and the A/C worked.

3. This morning the NAV was telling me to insert the CD. It was in already. I popped the cover on the NAV box (under the passenger seat) and tried to eject the CD, wouldn't eject (like no power was getting to it). Turned off the engine, restarted and NAV was working.

Has anyone else experienced this type of electrical malfunction? If so, how did you solve the problem?

Would appreciate any help!
