I'm on a roadtrip visiting dealerships and friends across the mid-U.S.

The trip started in Dallas -> Memphis -> Nashville -> Louisville-> Cinn ->
and now I'm in Columbus and looking for some cool roads to blast down. I'll be here for a bit and on to Indi -> STL and KC.

Any suggestions for good roads to take some detours on, places to get some local grub or places to hang out with other MINI's is appreciated.

I am in Columbus.

Schmidt's downtown (German Village) for sure.
Pizza House on Lincoln and Sinclair for the best Pizza in town.

Not too many really cool roads here, but if you head up towards Marysville and keep going towards East Liberty and on towards Bellefontaine and then to Troy, you have a good chance of finding a two lane twisty here and there.

When you get to Indy, see the zoo and go downtown. Indy is a nice city.

Don't know about hangouts for MINIs, I only see one every few days or so.

How long will you be in town?

 

I got into Columbus last night and will be visiting the dealership this morning. I may hang out a bit before heading on to Indy. When I pulled into the hotel last night I parked next to a IB MC. They were gone this morning when I got up, but I'm sure they saw my MINI.

hey matt you coming to detroit? there is a big car cruz tomorrow on the road that the mini dealer is on and the mini club is meeting up there and hanging out. it would be a good time and good promotion. message me if you need more info.

 

Matt, Next time you go on that sort of trip, I'll be free to go too. I now have a few clubs using the Amsoil Club fund raiser program. I'd like to make stops and introduce it to some clubs up north. Sounds like fun!
