Boot Storage Area

I know Mini makes a storage system that fits in the well of the boot area. Does anyone make a box that fits in the well that has a cover on it?

I use this tool carrier made by John Deere that came with a lawn tractor that I bought last year.

It takes up a little more than 1/2 the floor area in the boot. I carry my jack, lug wrench, ContiComfort Kit, tire plug kit, some hand tools, a flash light. Its not even close to being full. It is well made, has a metal frame covered in a black material. It has a removable top over, plenty of outside pockets and storage areas.

You can buy them at Lowes or Home Depot in the mower section. I think they are around $69 now. Heres a smal picture of what it looks like with the top on it.

I found a rubbermaid bin at Target that fits behind the upright rear seats. It fills about 3/4 of the boot space. For $10 its a great deal. Great to carry around track day stuff and easy to remove. It's got a nice lid too.

+1 , and I also use a cheap small nylon carry-on bag for the stuff that the container doesn't hold.

yeah i got a bag also that i carry everything in. I just want something that is flatter and is concealed. I am taking luggage in and out a lot of the boot.

I like the rubbermaid idea...imust be one of those containers that are supposed to slip under the bed. gonna check out target!
