I work for Rotary Lift in Madison Indiana. We make automotive lifts for repair shops and car enthusiasts ranging from 7,000 to 130,000 lift capacity.

Anyway, we got a call from BMW wanting to know if the MINI would fit on our lift. Our guys in engineering knew about me and put my car on the showroom lift in our facility and this is what we sent to BMW:

These shots are on our 4-Post alignment lift.

HOW COOL IS THAT?

If anyone is interested in a lift, we have several lifts for YOUR garage. We are now selling a residential lift that you can use for repairing, storage, painting, etc. It allows you to lift a car and park another underneath.

Check it out: Revolution Lifts by Rotary Lift

Pretty cool Web
I have seen those lifts before. Considered one for the girly car (Miata). Got any pics of a storage type lift for a garage?

Cool... but I guess your arms have to be 5 ft long to reach the vehicle from outside the lift.

Standing next to the vehicle, on the side, you are 10 inches from the car. Standing behind or in front of the vehicle, you are 0 inches from the car. You can walk completely under without touching the lift. There is nothing in the middle between the 2 supports.

Altho my arms are 5 foot long, as well as other extremeties, I think you are confused.
