MTTS 2018 - QoC
Too bad we can’t ring a bell to wake folks up!?!?
Anyway, I’m thinking seriously about doing MTTS from Los Angeles to Keystone. Is anyone else thinking about doing the events this year??

So, MTTS 2018 Summary from my Facebook page:
Back From MINI Takes The States (MTTS) - 2018 on Saturday July 28!!! I started at Los Angeles instead of driving up to the Western Route starting point of Portland, OR and then back by myself. In addition to doing MTTS from Los Angeles to Keystone, CO, I also did side trips to the Petersen Automotive Museum in LA, the Unser Racing Museum in Albuquerque and summited Pike’s Peak (All 14,115ft of it).

This was also the first time that I did a road trip as my alter ego, DeeAnn. I expected some difficulty when I would give hotel personnel my credit card with DeeAnn and my driver’s license with Donald, but no one ever flinched. I presented as DeeAnn for the full 12 days except for 2 mornings that I came down for breakfast as Don due to running out of time before they closed.
