Nov. Event, Minis at Beaverun Race Track
We invite all Mini owners to join us at Beaverun Race Track on Nov. 6th. Attached below is our club notice for the event.
When: Saturday Nov. 6, 2004 The driving will start at [/font][font=Arial]12:00[/font][font=Arial] [/font][font=Arial]noon[/font][font=Arial], we will gather at the track at 11:00 am for pizza.
Cost:$30.00 per driver if pre-registered by 10/22, $40.00 per driver for those registering after 10/22 or at the track the day of the event.
Registration: Please include the following with your registration. Your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, the number of drivers and a check for $30.00 x the number of drivers. Make your checks payable to PittStop Mini club. Send your registration to PittStop Mini Club, Attn: Deb Hallas, 5147 Liberty Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15224
Notes: Pre-registration is important! We need to guarantee that there will be 25 drivers participating for this event to take place and we must to commit to Beaverun by 10/25 for them to hold the track for us; so we need everyone to get their registration in as soon as possible. If the event is cancelled due to lack of interest or weather you will get your money back. If the event goes forward, there will be no refunds.
NOVEMBER EVENT NOTICE
Come one come all to Mini day at Beaverun Race Track
What: A day of fun and friendly competition consisting of autocross events, limited driver instruction sessions, and other fun activities as determined by the Beaverun folks. Note, many of our members have asked about running our Minis on the go cart track, this will be one of the autocross courses for this event.
