Local shop for suspension work???

Looking for a local shop to do a spring swap and rear sway bar on a 2013 Countryman (justa)
So far, my search has only found flat rate (by the book) shops that want $800 to do the work.
Note-I used to be a service advisor for BMW, Honda and Acura years ago, so I know all to well how flat rate works.
Its also work I can do, but between work and kids, time is not a luxury.
Thanks in advance!
