If by PCNW you mean PaCific North West (I'm not trying to be cheeky here I just have never heard it abbreviated that way) there is Puget Sound MINI at http://www.psmini.org.
That's the home page; click on the forums to take you to where the action is. Things are a bit slow at the moment as we just had our Holiday Party at the Seattle MINI dealer, and no events are scheduled quite yet aside from a "bootgating" thing with the new Countryman at Northwest MINI in January.
We are an extremely active group with lots of club planned drives, lots of participation in parades and car shows we regularly attend (including our own at the XXX Burger joint in Issaquah).
Come join us! We're always welcoming new members!
