Every Labour Day Weekend, the Field Meet takes place at the Portland International Raceway (a City Park!), and draws entrants from virtually every British Marque. You can expect to see 600 cars on the grass on Saturday, and take part in the Giant Slalom on Sunday. There is also a Swap Meet on Sunday.

This year, the Society of Vintage Racing Enthusiasts (SOVREN), presents the Columbia River Classic - Can-Am cars racing all weekend!

The Oregon Mini Society has had a big presence for years and a handfull of MINI's showed up last year.

... ok, a slight revision from years past : the Slalom used to be all Sunday afternoon ... but now it will run noon to 2 pm on both saturday and sunday, apparently between heats of the thundering Cam-Am races ... The Slalom uses the last turn and main straightaway of the Raceway so you actually get to touch your tyres to the track ...
