Dream Car?

So if you could have any car. Money is no object. What would you pick?

I would say that id take a Ferrari F-50 because i have loved that car for a long time. Still have a poster of it!

Ouch, I think someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed . I would love to own a turbocharged MC.

Oh and BTW, this is no different than the multitudes of similar threads posted here in the past. Those guys never got flamed.

1933 MG-K3 Magnette. Specifically the winner of the 1933 Mille Miglia.
GT-40 Chassis P1075 (won LeMans 1968 and 1969).
Porsche 917K 1970 Sebring winner in the Martini colors.

Yep, then I would die a happy camper, car-wise.

Geez coop, lighten up. YOU decide what threads to read, so don't jump down someone's throat just because you're not interested.

Do we get the car free but then have to pay for any maintenance/repairs/insurance ourselves?

My dream car has always been:

So much animosity! I actually like these kinds of discussions, so I guess maybe I'm still in the mindset of a highschooler

Lately I've fallen in love with the new Ferrari F430. I've watched a few test drives of it on Top Gear and Fifth Gear and it looks amazing! But I'm sure my opinion will change in a few weeks and I'll be in love with something else.

i would have to say if it is a free car that is only a one time deal meaning i have to cover future maintinance and take care of it frommy own pocket book...... how about a brand new NSX (acura/honda)?

Now if i had indefunate extended warranty coverage and maintinance was covered, either a current porshe carrera GT or a much more humble lamborghini Giardo (spl?), for the record as far as road cars go the carrera GT is the best sounding car i have ever heard!

Aston's are always beautiful cars. I'm just not sure if I'd get one though (provided I have that kind of money); they just are a bit too grown up and proper for my tastes.

A restored Triumph TR6.

I honestly don't know why you are so mean. First you attack me when I talk about mods and now you attack me here? You keep talking to me like im a child, yet im two years younger than you. Probably alittle less at that. I never try to disrespect anyone, everyone has a right to be treated with respect. I don't know maybe its just me. I was rasied with manners and respect. I guess not all people are.

I went to the Lotus dealership over the weekend and man, the elise and exige are small , there is no way I can fit in one, my wife wanted one but now sees that it was way to small, will just have to settle for the ford GT they had on the lot for 175k

I'm very sorry to hear that you might have to settle for a Ford GT. I'll make sure to have a moment of silence for you...

My dream car (since I was old enough to care about cars) has always been a Lamborghini Countach. Black of course.
