My pick The first gen dodge avenger

My brothers best friend in high school got a brand new 98 dodge avenger. We didn't live in a wealthy area. Kids didn't get brand new cars in high school and the avenger seemed sporty and cool at the time

There's a beat up avenger in my neighborhood and I can't imagine it ever being cool now even if it was in showroom condition.

 

Yeah that's an especially sorry example - brown, hubcaps, no foglights, 4 cylinder. Rental grade. Back when they first came out a friend of mine got a new red loaded V6 one and it seemed pretty sweet at the time. Would not want one now, knowing the underlying Mitsubishi issues.

i used to like super ricy cars. I used to like mustangs…i may have just started WW3.

 

In 1994 I bought a Dodge Intrepid so don't feel too bad.
