what do you think? kinda reminds me of an RX-8 from front, and a maybach from the rear.

either way, i think it's hot.
i do love the SLR style of the new CLK's though...although, this nose is nice too.

 

The front reminds me a little of the Chrysler Crossfire.

I like it, but to me the CL has always been a tad on the large side.

 

I dunno, if you take the three-pointed star off the grille, it just looks too...anonymous. A Bens needs round (or at least ovoid) headlights. It kinda looks like a Solara in profile.

 

A little too chunky for my liking. Think the front end needs something. Needed more thought to be put into it. Not sure what it is, it's just off.
But hey, if someoone threw me the keys to it, I'm not gonna say no. But I don't think I'd purposely go out and buy one.

A little too "not my flava".

 

Within 2 seconds of looking at that first photo, I was thinking "Solara," too. The rear end looks a bit awkward in a Toyota/Lexus kind of way. And the crease in the side seems pretty pointless, a la Monte Carlo. Hopefully it looks much better in person.

The way the roof line and B-pillar come together looks wrong.

Still worth it just for the V-12.
