What do you guys think about the Audi A1? Which is Audi's direct response to the Mini.

I would consider an A1 if Audi offered it here in the states.

I wish Mini brought the Cooper SD here to the states.

 

Doesn't do much for me visually.

 

It reminds me of a girl I once dated - Her dad had money, but she she was kinda plain looking with no personality.

 

I would consider the VW version (Polo) before the A1. In other markets, the A1 might be acceptable. Here would come off like a starter Audi. Not that I care what people think, which brings me right back to the VW in the first place.

 

I am with you on that. It's a tarted up Polo. I do not understand why VW has not marketed the Polo here in the states. I would love to see a Polo GTI or Polo R.

I'd rather have the 2012 Beetle.

 

Turbo! I saw a Beetle with the moon cap wheels this morning. IDK about these.

 

Saw one in person it the UK in October. Looked cheap and uninspiring to me. I didn't give it a second glance.

 

It's funny that you mention that. 90% of my friends think that the Mini looks cheap. These are bimmers and newer Veedubbers.

 

~Yawn~ I'd rather consider the Alfa Romeo MiTo GTA.

 

There are tons of MiTo's here and I would rather have an A1 hands down. They would look so good lowered, kitted and tuned....
