I drive the Mini to work from Dublin to Sunnyvale and see other Minis on the road sometimes. I was wondering if any one on here commutes to Silicon Valley in the mornings and to places East in the evenings?

For a little variety I sometimes drive 580 to Palomares to Mission to 680 and others times I go 680 to Calaveras to 237 and do the reverse in the evening. I don't see much traffic on Palomares or Calaveras.

Does anyone else have an interesting alternate commute? I heard that some people take Patterson Pass down to the Central Valley. I have seen heavy traffic on Highland Valley Road from Dublin to Livermore in the evenings.

I thought it might be fun to meet for a drive home on an alternate route some time.

 

Manteca to Oakland Swing shift. If I've got extra time, Altamont to Highland over Dublin Canyon to Redwood Rd. and Pinehurst down Claremont into Oakland. Patterson Pass is cool but you better be going the commute direction.
