This is a bad dealership! They can't even begin to understand or represent what MINI is about. Before the MINI was released, they rarely returned phone calls or e-mails from people on the waiting list and when they did, they were rude. Then to make matters worse, the night before they released the car for sale, they crudely e-mailed the hundreds of potential customers on their so-called waiting list to tell them they will dump the waiting list and the car would be awailable on a first-come, first-served basis. PLUS, you would not ever be able to order the car "as you wanted it" as stated on the MINI.com site. To make matters EVEN WORSE, they then tacked on studpid dealer "added value items" like fabirc protection ( most in the inventory had leather or leahterette ) , paint protetion ( WHY?) and floor mats....all for the added value price of $995 for the MINI and $2495 for the S. The "Motoring Advisors" cannot answer technical questions and one even told me she knew that I was not getting $995 worth of product for the dealer add-ons, but that was what management decided to do to make money.
Even worse, Niello also sells VW, Acura, Porsche, Range Rover, and Audi. They did the same crap with the New Beetle and the BMW M.
After countless e-mails and phone calles to MINI USA and this dealership, nothing has changed. MINI does not care as they have already sold an allotment to Niello and Niello doesn't care as there are enough stupid people to spend that kind of money to buy this car.

Hey mixdman! Yeah, Niello is still the worst experience I've had with a car dealer. I dropped in on them last weekend to see what they had on the lot. Quite a few cars, but that's not surprising, considering the outragous mark-up they want. You happen to know if they still sell only factory spec'd cars? I didn't want to ask anyone while I was there. You know there's no reason to even approach one of them with a legitimate question as they'll just avoid a direct answer.
Did you know that all their e-mail replies now come with a disclaimer at the end? It says they are not liable for anything they say, the prices mentioned in their correspondence are not binding and they'll sue if you reprint any portion of their response. Oh yeah, they also "monitor" our web use and communications! Sounds like they have a lot of unsatisfied customers to stifle!
