Great run guys. For those of you who didn't go to Mini Mania you mist out.

Today was quite a bit of fun. The trip to Mini Mania just tied it all together real nice. There were toys to be bought and parts to be installed. We saw the installation of a prototype Carbon Fiber Cold Air Intake, Throttle Body, and 2 ECU upgrades performed on the cars of the people who came up with us. I bought a bunch of chrome for Fiona.

 

For all those who joined us at minimania thank you for making it a really fun afternoon. Some of you I knew already and some I just met today, but all were great people as usual with MINI owners. Hope to see you all soo.

Sorry I couldnt make it to mini-mania... I really wanted to go. Probably a good thing I didnt though Left 7ent with a new spoiler, slotted rotors, and a crank pulley though

 

Yeah.....I picked up a new CAI, Carbon Fiber one off prototype for the new airboxes minimania is making. Sick unit and does not get hot at all, even after the drive back from Auburn that day. Also we got to watch them program the ECM with the shark injector and it seemed to really make a big difference accrding to the guy having it installed. Fun times

 

ARRIVED AROUND 11AM AFTER DRIVE DOWN FROM lAke Tahoe, great to see so many Classics there, Thanks 7-Ent. for the invite, also drove up with group to Mini Mania, Thanks Don for opening the doors on a Sunday, also thanks to Ken for the install. Going with Gold Country this weekend, great to have other groups to pick from during the month, its all good for the Mini community. Glenn

 

I got an alta-short shifter which is going in today!

 

Im getting my unichip tuned next week so Ill post NUMBERS of the difference that makes when its done
