Buying Experience at Mini of Concord

Yesterday my wife and I stopped by Mini of Concord for Ann to test-drive one and see the various choices of color, interior, etc. Ann ended up driving a new Cooper home. She had already put together a Cooper on the MiniUSA configurator, and Mini of Concord had a virtually identical model on the lot.

The buying experience was a pleasure from first to last. Our MA, Gina Habij, was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and totally straightforward. She was able to answer every question clearly and accurately.

When Ann decided she wanted the one on the lot, I was braced for fees, mandatory Lo-Jack, thousand dollar fabric protectant, and the like. There was nothing like that. MSRP meant MSRP. The finance manager was courteous and helpful, and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't want. We are obtaining our own financing from our credit union, but we were able to take the car right away with a small payment.

This was a 30th wedding anniversary gift for my wife, so it was important to me that this purchase be a good experience. The entire transaction was not only painless, it was a positive pleasure.
