I've been a ECS customer for over 20 years and I keep getting this offer for a free T-Shirt. Actually about 5 so far. Yet every time I check out and place the code into the little box for the t-shirt it never comes with my ordered parts. It will state that it's accepted but I have never recieved one. My question is have they done this to you?

I'm not really upset about it but it kind of sucks.

I have not received one of these codes, so not sure what’s going on. Do you have to also add the tshirt to your shopping cart, and the code makes the cost $0?

Its a bug in the system on some accounts, reach out to sales@ecstuning.com. Let them know and they can manually do it.

Can confirm that I've used such code in the past and have received the t-shirt, so definitely not a scam!
