1FSTMINI, four stars can mean a lot. New Country is in Greenwich but the end we deal with is in Hartford. I think the world of being able able to say what you like about a dealership, having been at the wrong end of the crap service gun at two MINI Service Centers allready. Is there a place you might have already posted what your four stars refer to? I'd be interested to read it.

Ironicly or not, New Country would like fives. Please call the service desk and explain to them why you've given them less.

NONONO.....i was sayin f them but it wouldnt write it...lol

New Country's main office in in upstate NY..( I think its Saratoga Springs )...The company owns like 20 some what car lines.....Mini is in Hartford with BMW and I think Audi or Porsche is in Greenwich. I give there dumba55 * star and there lucky for that....Scott the service manager is an a55hole and good luck trying to get anything outta his j*w *** if you need help..im jewish so i can say that. They lost ALOT of good help in the past 2-3 yrs and the way there running it from then to now , i cant see there CSI rating being good at all.......They are always in the 40 range on the top 100 dealers in the US.....my place is in the 10 to 20 range.

LOL. Somehoow Scott is still there. It was his action two years ago that helped me decide to give New Country a shot. I have been warned up and down about the place. Especially by former employees of the New Country Corp.

However, as my last and worst dealership experience ever by far was at a prestigious and extremely well regarded dealership, I figured I might be witness the converse at New Country MINI. So far so good.
