I bought mine from them...of course, that was just about exactly 3 years ago and a lot can change in 3 years.

That said, I found them perfectly nice to deal with. I purchased my car entirely over the phone and probably only spent a total of about 30 minutes in the dealer to sign papers and drive off. No hassles, no hidden charges. Straight list price off of the MINI site, as I configured my car. That's my kind of car-buying experience.

(I live in MA, and spend considerably more time at my service dealer, MINI of Peabody. They're also great, but for different reasons.)

 

Leased my first MC from them in Feb of 03 and bought an MCSC from them about 6 months ago. Overall sales dept is a pleasure to deal with (I had a little alarm issue with the second car that was taken car of in a timely fashion). Service dept is ok, probably average when you look at service depts across the board. But if you buy your car there you get a loaner or rental car when you take your MINI in for service. If you do decide to go there, ask for Cori. She's a sweetheart.
