$10? Pourquoi?

 

That was quite tricky...

 

Are initial plan was to offer some beverages and donuts at the end of the run and also create some goodie bags and prizes for costumes. Problem is the attendance list was getting big and looking expensive . So after much discussion between the wife and I, we decided to create a $10.00 registration fee. Not something we initally wanted to do but something that had to be done.

The $10.00 is per MINI.

 

Updates:

Registration for Haunted MINIs 2004 ends today (you might be able to squeek one by me if it comes before noon tomorrow). If you show up on Saturday without being preregistered you will not get a goodie bag and stuff.

As of now we have 34 MINIs registrered.


Things to know before coming:

Event starts @ 6pm
6-7pm registration

You will have time to change you and your MINI's costumes before we start driving.

Dress warm, we will be outside.



As we think of more to info we will post it. Expect a couple of more updates before Saturday.

Well, we are almost there... I hope you are all ready for tomorrow. It should be alot of fun. So here are some last minute notes.

Start time is 6pm at Yarrowsport.
End of Thurston St, Cranston, RI

It will be cold so bring something warm to wear. If you are coming in costume you will have an oppurtunity to change into some more comfortable clothes before we start driving.

Hi all! My wife (Tyler) and I attended the Ocean State MINI Club's Haunted MINI Rally on Saturday night. It was well worth the trip from south-eastern Connecticut, and they made us feel right at home. We met up around 6pm and hung out for a while, checking out the various cars and meeting everyone. We started driving at 7:30, and finished at midnight! It was a spooky good time, and we stopped at some creepy places along the way. It was really cool seeing about 30 MINIs driving around in the middle of the night, and we got some great looks and stares from people in other cars.

O.S.M.C. did a great job putting this event together, and the effort really showed! Kudos to them, and we are already looking forward to next years event!
