I haven't really tried to figure out who is coming - whoever shows up, made it!

 

Noon/1:00 sounds perfect to me.
I basically know two good driving routes: the one I mentioned earlier which begins in Weston and ends in Fairfield, and another series of roads beginning in Shelton and ending in, um... in whatever town houses Jones Tree Farm.
Second: We may want to use pbraun's expertise with everyone who bought a MINI at his dealership to let people know about this. How 'bout it, Pete?
I'll see what I can do about stopping by BMW of Darien and telling Brett, their MINI service guy, about it. The more the merrier, right?

Anyone here with a Yellow MINI, checker- board roof was at the Norwalk car show last night (Weds) across the street from Red Lobster on route1 in Norwalk?
I saw your car, driving home with wife in another vehicle, jumped in my MINI when I got home and went over, but you were gone.
I asked the Coachmen Club guys if they would take MINIs in their informal weds. nite shows there, and they really hemed and hawed, said well, if it really modified and the owned would pop the hood and show it off, and they were not too busy that nite, maybe......

They are having a giant show at the Norwalk Calf Pasture Beach on July 28th, everyone could come then!!!!!!! Would cost you $3 if you don't have a Norwalk beach sticker - lots of cool custom hot rods, etc...
Any takers?

however, to get yo ustarted I can say one thing....(if you have a digital this is cheaper)

TAKE SO MANY PICS IT MAKES YOU SICK!!...LOL...and then you get three you like...heh heh...I dunno...been taking pics for a long time so it helps in te proccess...also not I'm a digital artist so compisition is my thing...or is suposed to be what I am paid for...and as you can see...spelling is not....LOL

According to someone I know, there is going to be a guy who has an MCS with Nitrous meeting us. I'm pretty excited to see what kit it is and how it is set up.
I saw a black/black MCS with white wheels and a JCW exhaust in Rowayton on Tuesday, does anybody know who this is?

 

I can make the 28th no problem there since it's only down the street from MY house this time.

now we need to get a decent showing for the 28th. MaxaMini said he can't make it as he will be in the Carolina's that week. but I will tell my 2 friends here and at work about it and see if they will come. also Peter post it on NY mini site and see if we can't scare up more. you would think with ALL the MINI's I see around Norwalk we could have a parking lot at least 1/2 full huh?

Well boys, sorry I missed the run, but I had more important matters to tend to... namely, my bachelor party. Needless to say, I couldn't miss that... though I would'be had the same recollection of the events had I not been there...

 

that's funny Storer.... I remember you wanted to go to RDR 1 back in November, but that day was your engagment party... Then yesterday, your bachelor party... hmmm will the next rally be on the same day as your Wedding?

wish I coulda been there....however, we had our own Fun run this weekend....3 hrs down and ofcourse back...to a place called Sierra Vista...it sits about 3000 ft or so and well it was grand....what a drive...we had 9 minis and met up with about 6 or so more....for a meeting ....it was great...I do mis the green for the east though...however we get to drive yr round...so it's kinda a toss up I guess...oh well...got some good sunset pics on the way home ...check em out in the Sierra vista gallery.....(link below) I have submitted my reel to a studio out there so who knows...if they offer me a position I'll be moving back and hookin up with you guys!! ....I'll let you know

Tonight is the Weds. Coachmen's get together show across from Red Lobster on the Post Road, but due to the weather, I guess it may not fly too high tonight.
Maybe some other night a few of us can crash the gates if it's not too crowded!

Hi guys. Sorry I couldn't make it last weekend. I was planning on it, but then a family thing came up and I couldn't make it. Hope to see some of you next time.

I wonder which of you I see on the roads around here. I travel between Westport and Norwalk everyday.. so I am usually on the Post Road each evening after work, and around both towns on the weekends. I usually try to wave and blink my lights at other MINIs.
